October is the month we're asked to raise awareness for breast cancer and breast disease. But remember, posting a pink ribbon doesn't mean anything if you don't support the gesture with an annual mammogram and monthly self-exams.

I just got back from accepting the Clarion award for Press Pause Moments and seemed to have picked up a frustrating head cold along the way! Pressing pause this week to do a lot of writing and resting to get the energy levels back up!
