I'm excited to be a new guest blogger for a terrific site called CreatedbyChicks! My visiting topic is, of course, transitions!
My first post is called "Cool Transitions" and in it I share my thoughts about the shift from summer to fall and share a few easy tips for ways you can make a change this time of year. For example, change in outcome happens when behavior changes. What can you do differently that will bring about a change you desire?
